When in the office you will find a modern open space office with the latest technology, housed in a century-old building. At the centre of the office is our kitchen, designed to accommodate all team members at once, making it more than just a kitchen, it’s the social hub of the agency.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, you will find all team members are supported in a work-from-home or work-from-anywhere environment with technology that ensures seamless connections and collaborations no matter your role.
Post-COVID you will find a remote work policy that supports working from anywhere up to 3 days per week, while still facilitating in-person collaboration in our Junction Triangle Office. And for those that want to explore the world, or even their own backyard we have a Destination enhancement allowing team members to work from anywhere and any timezone for up to 4 weeks all supported by our Global Medical Assistance Program and leading internet security solutions.
