Work environment 

When in the office, you will find a modern open space office with the latest technology, housed in a century-old building.  At the centre of the office is our kitchen, designed to accommodate all team members at once, making it more than just a kitchen; it’s the social hub of the agency where we gather each month to celebrate over lunch the work anniversaries of team members.

You will find a remote work policy that supports working from anywhere up to 3 days per week, while still facilitating in-person collaboration in our Junction Triangle office.  And for those that want to explore the world, or even their own backyard we have a Destination enhancement allowing team members to work from anywhere and any timezone for up to 4 weeks all supported by our Global Medical Assistance Program and leading internet security solutions.
